Who am I?

After 18 years in education, of which 6 years in a free school/waldorf school, I moved to Normandy. 

In 2019 I visited friends who also own 2 vacation homes in Normandy, and that's how I fell in love with the surroundings.

I also wanted to open a vacation home and a minicamping. This was a big adventure from the start full of unexpected twists and turns. 

Next to being a teacher, I also became a mother in 2016 of a beautiful daughter. Made possible by a donor father. 

Together we live in this fairytale house on the edge of the forest. The name of the vacation home thus also comes from the fairytale of Mother Hulda. I have been inspired by the mythology behind fairy tales and stories for quite some time. This place really feels magical and like it came from a fairy tale, especially with the old water well in front of the house that is still intact underneath the concrete. 

What I find beautiful about this place is that you, just like in the fairy tale of Mother Hulda, don't leave the same person you came.
